Easy to use,comfortable, very good conditions. Buses are coming in time, they are clean,comfortable, have a large variety of directions covering all routes in short time,offering enjoyable trips.

The e-pass I downloaded did not scan properly on the trams and caused delay. Not a good experience. Fortunately the conductor would waive us through. Would have been better just to tap a credit card!
